The student will learn how to utilize RPR as a tool for applying integrated data sources to better serve home buyers and sellers. The course will include an overview of specific features such as Property History, Value Refinement, Market Activity, and Neighborhood information. The course will also include information on how create a CMA, and utilize Chart and Graph comparisons to educate consumers, and explore the Neighborhood and School data to help consumers make informed buying and selling decisions. Finally, the course will include an in-depth review of RPR Mobile that will enhance the service that the REALTOR member can provide to clients and customers by providing a timely and comprehensive response to their questions.

Upon completion of this class, you will learn about the resources, tools, platforms, staff, and services that are available to you as a valuable Member of the Four Rivers Association of REALTORS®.

You must complete Requirement #1 within 120 days (4 months) of joining the local association (Four Rivers). If this is requirement for your New Membership, then you will be emailed the information to participate in the class from our Membership Department until this requirement is completed.

8:30 am to 8:55 am: Check-in for Class Credit

8:55 am to 9:00 am: Affiliate Introductions

9:00 am to 12:30 pm: New Member Orientation Program

Did you know that as a license holder you have legal requirements and regulations for engaging in the real estate business? Perhaps you also belong to a trade association connected to the real estate business that has a code of conduct and you see that as a requirement for engaging in the business. There is more to your requirements than a trade associa­tion expectations. It is every license holder’s responsibility to know and operate under the current
laws applicable to their license. The course covers the requirements Texas law places upon all license holders regard­ing ethical conduct when facilitating a real estate transaction.

Caravan Home Tour Instructions

Go to Matrix.ctxmls.com

Enter your User ID and Password

From Home page, go to the Input tab and click on Input

Under Listings, go to the “Quick Modify” section and enter your MLS # and edit

In Select Form you will go to Open Houses

You will enter the date of the tour you want your home on.

Time will be from 9:00 to 11:00 am.

Active status is “yes”

Under Open House Type, it is very IMPORTANT to make sure you pick “CARAVAN” (This is the only way we can find it to enter your property on the tour).

Under Comments, please put which tour (New Braunfels, San Marcos or Seguin) you want it on and any other additional comments you’d like.
